YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements B Tech in Occupational Health Nursing; Degree in Nursing Administration or equivalent; Certificate in Audiometry (update), spirometry, dispensary licence; 5 years management experience in an Occupational Health environment; Management Development Program (MDP); SAMTRAC & SHE Auditing (advantageous); working knowledge of procedures followed when dealing with the Compensation Commissioner; Registration with South African Nursing Council Skills Code EB (8) drivers licence; Basic ambulance course; dispensing course; sound knowledge of relevant legislation; knowledge of environmental and health hazards within the workplace; MS Office Suite

Behavioural Traits Excellent Leadership skills, good interpersonal skills, good ethical behaviour, professionalism and integrity, sound communication, organising, decision-making skills, administrative and financial skills.

**Salary**: R945,000.00 - R960,000.00 per month
