Position Title
HR Administrator (Fixed Term - 6 months)

Location
KZN Sands

Position Overview
In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, the HR Administrator performs duties such as financial record keeping, coordination of travel, and working on special projects. The HR Administrator deals with a diverse group of important internal and external callers at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, as well as to manage and improve office practices and procedures and anticipate needs to increase efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

Generalist HR Responsibilities

Payroll and Administration
- Maintain a proper document control system

Customer Service and Relationships
- Ensure understanding of expectations of internal clients and manage relationships
- Operate within HR service delivery standards and guidelines.

Learning and Growth
- Adhere to Safety Health and Environment programme goals and objectives.
- Cultivate a high-performance focus and culture.
- Adopt, embrace, and live Tronox's values.

Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12, Standard 10 /N3, NQF Level 4 (mandatory)
- ND or Degree in Human Resources (Advantage)
- Driver's License (mandatory)
- 1 - 3 years' relevant administrative support experience
- Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) (mandatory)
- Experience in HR modules (e.g., SAP time and attendance) (Advantage)
