Go Rentals is seeking Rental Account Administrators
This role involves managing the administration around every rental contract.

Have you had at least 3 years admin experience.

- Your role daily will be to ensure that:
**All paperwork is in order**
Items are correctly captured on system
**Invoices issued are correct**
rental renewals are processed and billed
**lost or damaged goods are billed for**
equipment is returned when it is due
**liaising with sales, accounts and workshop**
Pre-requisites
-----------------
- **At least 3 years work experience in an accounts office; OR a completed tertiary degree or diploma;**
Good computer skills;
**Able to learn new systems**
Very meticulous, every detail counts;
**You must not be a procrastinator. Every issue must be resolved on the day and every contract closed off;**
You must understand invoicing, and be able to analyse contracts with hundreds of items;
**Own transport is necessary
