Perform general administration duties

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12
- 2 years administration experience in the agricultural sector

- Capture diesel sheets
- Recon Diesel
- Sales Orders / Invoicing

Admin management & Control

Issue purchase orders & receipts
- Manage and control outstanding orders
- Order stock items (diesel)
- Compiling monthly reports
- Filing of documentation
- Internal and external post - Invoices
- Correct Hard copies print from Aims
- Debtors and Creditors queries
- Purchasing of groceries & stationary

**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE**
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
