**Job Purpose**:
The Manager: Remuneration and Benefits role reports directly to the GM:Human Resources. The role is to oversee and manage the operations of SAAT’s Payroll, Remuneration and Benefits Department to ensure efficient and effective services responsive to the business needs.**
Principal Accountabilities**:
Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferably with HR focus) - Must have at least 7 - 10 years’ experience in Payroll, Benefits and Remuneration of which 3 years must be in a Managerial position. - SARA accreditation will be advantageous. - Must have a driver’s license - Code B**
Knowledge and Skills**:

- Computer literate (MS Office) - Ability to construct effective presentations /management reports - Human Resource best practices, policies and procedures - Advance knowledge of SAP R3 (HR) - Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution - Analysis and Reporting - Advanced HR Information System skills, SAP in particular - Interpersonal, Facilitation and Team Building Skills - Negotiation Skills - Aviation industry and regulatory requirements - Planning & Organising**
