**Job Advert Summary**:
**Eduvos **is looking to employ an **Graphic Design Lecturer **at our Durban campus on a fixed-term basis.***

**Type of appointment**:
**Fixed-term appointment**

**Purpose**:

- To lecture Humanities-related modules, in the faculty on a fixed-term basis.
- To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Minimum qualifications required**:

- Honours degree in BA Graphic Design or
- A relevant Honours degree with design experience

**Experience**:

- 1 -2 years or relevant lecturing experience
- Necessary knowledge of higher education practices and processes
- Relevant research experience

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Modules to be lectured**:
- Typography 1- Typography 2- Applied Colour and Design- Motion Graphics 1- Motion Graphics 2- Digital Design 1- Digital Design 2- English for Graphic Design- Visual Literacy 2

**Responsibilities**:

- Lecturing
- General administration
- Setting and marking of assessments
- Preparation of notes and additional study materials
- Quality Assurance
- Management of At-risk students
