**Duties**

**Payroll**:

- Preparation of weekly/monthly pay run.
- Provide pay slips and IRP5 to employees.
- Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll-related matters.
- Administering payroll for employees.
- Preparing and maintaining related payroll records and reports.
- Importing payroll batches for payment.
- Processing various deductions for employees.
- Preparing manual salary adjustment payments.

**HR**:

- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Prepare HR documents e.g. employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Revise company policies.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
- Ensure that all HR Administration for New Engagements & Exiting employees is completed timeously and well maintained for record purposes.
- Assist weekly & monthly staff with paysheet queries.
- Assist with Ad hoc H.R duties as required from time to time.
- Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues.
- Internal and external statutory requirements.
- Tax year end and financial year end reporting.
- Audit Requirements.
- Sound Legislation knowledge of the Labour relations, basic conditions of employment Act, SARS - PAYE, UIF etc.

**Skills Requirements**
- Grade 12/Matric.
- National Diploma in HR will be a definite advantage.
- 3 years relevant experience.
- Extensive experience with various payroll systems.
- Valid driver’s license.
- MS Office literate, especially Excel.
- Sound knowledge of Labour Laws.

**Location**

**Secunda (Mpumalanga)**

**Salary**: R10 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Secunda, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR: 3 years (preferred)
