Electrician Secunda

**Main purpose / objective of the position**:
Responsible for general electrical maintenance at the Client premises. Responsible for the management of the Contractors providing services to the premises in relation to electrical and mechanical services. Responsible to ensure proactive inspections of the premises are undertaken. Responsible for ensuring that the Contract Agreement and associated SLA between EFM and the Client is monitored and adhered to.

**AVAILABLE 24 HRS. ON STANDBY**

**Decision making authority**:
Decision making in emergency situations

**Education / Experience**:

- Minimum N4 Electrical Qualification
- 5 Years experience in an Industrial environment

**Skills required**:
Electrical maintenance skills, basic report writing skills, quality/standards awareness, Basic computer Literacy, time management skills**.**

**Knowledge required**:
Knowledge of Client Policies and procedures.

Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance principles.

Competency to manage technical contractors.

Knowledge of FM policies and procedures.

Administration principles and basic reporting writing.

Working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act, SHEQ and statutory requirements.
