The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for accurate and timely processing of stock received, inventory management, and despatch of product to customers and safety, cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse. It is expected that the incumbent ensure system and procedural compliance within the warehouse.
- **Duties and Responsibilities**_
- Material Control - management of finished goods stock
- Stock Control - storage of stock in allocated areas
- Stocktake - responsible for running stocktake at intervals as required by management.
- Ensure safe practices within the warehouse environment.
- Loading and off-loading of trucks.
- Receiving of all stock and raw material.
- Housekeeping - Maintaining warehouse, vehicles and work area.
- **Requirements**_
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
- Computer Literate (Intermediate) - Strong Excel skills advantageous
- Forklift Licence (advantageous)
- 2 - 3 Years Warehouse Experience
- Stock Control Experience
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Good work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Must be able to communicate clearly with team
- Must possess a drive to achieve targets and goals set.
- References and criminal clearance essential

**Salary**: R5,500.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paarl, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 2 years (required)
