- Able to speak, read and write English, Tswana or Sotho fluently.
- Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 with mathematics.
- Insurance Claims experience
- FET Certificate in Short Term Insurance - NQF 4 with 150 credits or NQF 5 with 24 credits
- Experience working in an inbound Call Centre environment
