COMPUTER LITERACY LEVEL : MS Suite - Basic

ADDITIONAL COMPUTER SKILLS : IMS (Isuzu Manufacturing System)

JOB-RELATED REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 1 years experience in the automotive industry
Minimum of 1 years experience of IMS (Isuzu Manufacturing System).
Minimum of 1 years experience in conducting Layered Audits & SOT’s.

ADDED ADVANTAGES:
English - Written / Reading / Communication

Basic Math Skills

Understanding JIS - Just-in-Sequence: Being able to read & understand a sequence broadcast sheet.

Excellent housekeeping standards / 5S

Basic administration skills in order to complete rotation sheets / start-up checksheets / maintaining team member file content.

Understanding of standardized work and following the selected processes trained on.

Minimum of 1 years basic experience in IR & HR Related issues.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To manage all areas and procedures under their report. In addition, adherence to the IMS Standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Housekeeping / 5S
Alarm Escalation / Communication with Supervisor / Manager on:

- quality concerns
- late supply of material
- low material level available in work area
- safety concerns / safety incidents
- late coming of team members

Ensure teams sub-assemble components in sequence as per the broadcast sheet and supplied in time to the correct production station.
Understanding and following IMS (Isuzu Manufacturing System).
Adherence to all standard safety rules and regulations of the company & client.
Timely attendance
Update and maintain BPD Board during morning meeting with team.
Conduct layered audits & SOT’s as per weekly target.
Attend to relevant IR & HR Related concerns.
Ensure all shift start-up and shift-end checks are completed and any risks escalated on time.
Ensure all documents are correctly completed and filed in Team Leader & Team Member Files.
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee uses his/her hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. The employee uses computer and telephone equipment. The employee also regularly lifts and/or moves objects as per the ergonomic limit set by the client. Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision and long vision.

Other Duties
- From time to time, it would be required of employee to assist in other departments and to work overtime when required as per operation.
- To carry out other duties when requested by superiors.
- Ensure safe work practices as defined during induction and other Health and Safety related training and awareness campaigns.
