Tsebo Facilities Solution is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for the installation, repair and upkeep of the Client Woodmead properties, including machines, mechanical systems, buildings and other structures with regard to reactive and preventative maintenance in line with the Master Service Agreement requirements for the contract.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Operational Delivery**:

- Implement maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality. (Incl: Generators, Heat pumps, Pumps, Water reticulation pumps systems, HVAC systems, etc
- Ensure equipment is maintained (PPM’s) in a condition that does not compromise safety or operational functionality/demand
- Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests/operations
- Supervise and upskill tradesmen/handymen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
- Perform inspections to ensure maintenance of building systems (heating, ventilation, cooling, etc.)
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment and place orders when necessary
- Participation in the co-ordination and implementation of projects (e.g. renovations)
- Ensure planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks are allocated and attended to.
- Ensure that best operating practice is applied when undertaking maintenance tasks/repairs and the successful execution thereof.
- Ensure the workshop and areas of work is always kept tidy and presentable.
- Ensure the best physical resources available to complete maintenance tasks within budget.
- Plan, organise and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)
- Assist to monitor the maintenance expenses and budget
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Manage daily maintenance logs and report on daily activities when required.
- Set KPI’s for staff reporting into you and manage performance.

**Service Delivery Management**:

- Perform call out duties in line with Clients SLA/KPI (In/Out of working hours depending on priorities and/or demands), undertake standby duties as and when required
- Perform any other duties as may be required from time to time.
- Manage/Supervise Tsebo Service Providers in support of the Clients site & report accordingly.
- Adherence to client’s specific “House Rules”.
- Ensuring performance requirements are met (SLA’s and performance management)
- Update and maintain an accurate record of all maintenance documentation, warranties, licences, job cards, files, etc
- Ensure the safety and maintenance of all assets and equipment.
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the management and staff at ALL times.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and health and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers, and contractors to ensure customer needs are met.
- Manage inspection of maintenance and power tools on a monthly basis, document the inspection and file the paperwork in the site H&S file
- Conduct weekly Toolbox Talks with the Maintenance Staff, document and file all attendance registers.

**Customer Focus**:

- Work with teams to develop and maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities
- Interact with clients to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about services
- Work with processes and procedures in such a way that operational efficiencies and performance are enhanced
- Attend to and resolve all client queries timeously or escalate when necessary
- Follow up and follow through on all escalated queries timeously
- Manage conflict

**Reporting**:

- Prepare weekly/monthly reporting within set timeframes for submission to your Technical Manager as requested
- Update and maintain all relevant records pertaining to service records/certification etc
