- Facilitate the connection of new equipment to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation in Wiki, keeping it up to date with essential information like settings, IPs, and ports for various equipment.
- Develop test scripts, conduct integration testing, and create thorough documentation for solutions.
- Liaise with the business and business analysts during user acceptance testing, preparing necessary testing documents.
- Create and maintain documentation in SharePoint, collecting and organizing information from suppliers.
- Manage user accounts, printers, and labels for optimal system performance.- Promptly resolve incidents and requests to ensure seamless business operations.
- **Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS SQL database management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems.
