Job Scheduler and Office Administrator

Managing and coordination of workflow
- Managing allocation of jobs and monitoring of technical teams

inspection to the relevant representative/field technician
- Monitoring and ensuring reports and quotes are completed within the required deadlines
- Ensuring the correct and complete preparation of reports and quotations in the

prescribed format
- Submission of reports to assessors and confirmation of such
- Monitoring the online insurance live work allocation and acceptance/tender for work
- Preparation of invoices and excess invoices
- Submission of invoices for payment and monitoring payments
- Debt collection of excesses and following up with Assessors that Orders are received

to ensure payment
- Allocation of payments on accounting system and follow up on outstanding payments
- Preparation of fees payments to contractors on a weekly basis and preparing their paysheets
- Sales generation - Maintaining relationships with assessors with view of

increasing sales levels
- Professional interaction with clients including phone calls to set up meetings, attendance

at meetings when required and follow up of work in progress
- Follow up with employees, contractors or subcontractors to schedule commencement of

work, progress of work and inspection of completed work where necessary and
ensuring satisfactory client signoff is received for all work completed
- Other administration as required by the Director and general personal assistance as

required

**Must have own transport as you will be required to attend weekly meetings.**

**Must have own home-office set up including wifi, laptop, printer, etc.**

**Salary**: From R2 500,00 per week
