A quality service provider is growing its’ finance team and looking for a dependable and efficient Creditors Clerk to join them. If you take pride in your work and want to grow your career, submit your CV, and let us assist you.

Perform monthly reconciliations and submit them before the deadline

Process all invoices before month end

Correctly allocate supplier payments

Ensure no outstanding orders at month end

Process all VAT correctly

Ensure no items are outstanding on the GRV report at month end

Ensure the purchase ledger is ready to close off after month end

**Skills & Experience**:
Minimum 1-2 Years’ experience as a creditors clerk

Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is highly advantageous

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

**Qualification**:
Matric non-negotiable

Diploma/certificate in finance or accounting beneficial
