**DEBTORS & COLLECTIONS CLERK**

A Manufacturer based in **Isithebe** is looking for an articulate female

with a minimum of **2 years’ experience in the Debtors field**
- **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:_

Ø Sound understanding of the finance function with a hands-on approach

Ø Attention to detail, accurate processing of customer invoices

Ø Assist with order taking and processing sales quotations

Ø Ability to communicate effectively with clients, follow up on overdue payments and resolve payment issues

Ø Investigate and resolve discrepancies with client accounts, negotiate payment arrangements and terms with clients to facilitate successful debt recovery

Ø Monitor payment agreements and ensure compliance with agreed terms

Ø Escalate unresolved payment issues to management for further action

Ø Produce weekly and monthly sales management reports

Ø General administrative and clerical duties

Ø Fixed transport available from Stanger along main routes through to Isithebe, based on factory operating times
- **Salary scale R90 000.00 - R105 000.00 p/a**:
Pay: R90 000,00 - R105 000,00 per year

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- DEBTORS: 2 years (required)
