- MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent. A tertiary qualification in finance / accounting will be advantageous. Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position. Experience with foreign creditors is essential. Proficiency in Business English, both written and verbal. Good interpersonal, communication and telephone skills. Proven experience in Pastel Evolution. Proficient in MS Office with intermediate Excel skills. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Capture supplier invoices accurately and timeously. Reconcile supplier accounts and allocate payments timeously (Local and Foreign). Liaise and follow up with internal departments regarding queries with minimum delay. Liaise with suppliers on outstanding invoices/information and maintain sound relationships to facilitate smooth management of account. Reconcile and prepare age analysis and submit to management. Assist in other positions and departments in accordance to operational requirements. Perform any other tasks that may from time to time be assigned. Adhere to the health, hygiene and safety regulations and maintain a safe and tidy work environment.-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent. A tertiary qualification in finance / accounting will be advantageous. Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
