**We are currently hiring a **MSP Junior Consultant** **based in Durban, Cape Town, Welkom or Johannesburg.**

**_ Let's tell you about the _**_MSP Junior Consultant_**_ role at BUI_**

As a BUI MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER JUNIOR CONSULTANT, you will provide First line (L1) support by providing customer-centric assistance to clients having trouble using IT products and services.

The MSP consultant will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve or escalate Level 1 incidents received as necessary using the Jira ticketing system.

You may also install, configure, administer, support, and analyse the network status monitoring tools.

**_Duties and Responsibilities_**
- Performing call backs as required
- Identifying and/or coordinating hardware and software requests and offering solutions for customer accounts
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and

network configuration.
- Maintain jovial relationships with clients.

**_ Requirements_**
- AZ-900 Certification
- Stable, Uncapped Home internet (if you need to assist with calls outside of office hours)
- Experience troubleshooting Desktop hardware and associated peripherals preferred.
- Demonstrate effective soft skills, active listening skills and ability to empathize with customer’s situation.
- Effectively manage length of calls/handle time
