POSITION OVERVIEW:
Job Title: Mid-Level Recruiter

Location: Hybrid, Pinelands, Cape Town
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: M - F US Shifts

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level roles, primarily focused on operations, leasing, property management, customer service, administrative support and management roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback sessions, and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and talent market insights to refine recruitment strategies.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for management, operational, administrative, and customer service positions.
- Must possess excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid Matric Certificate (Grade 12) with entry level qualification in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in recruiting within the real estate, property management, or service-driven industries.
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet hiring deadlines and goals.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
