Safely operate the shuttle to transport guests to and from designated locations.

Adhere to schedules, ensuring punctual and efficient transportation services.

Maintain a vigilant presence to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.

Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to coordinate seamless guest services.

Communicate effectively with colleagues to enhance the overall guest experience.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience in shuttle driving and familiarity with local roads and attractions.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Ability to lift and carry luggage, demonstrating physical fitness for the role.

Team player with the flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and operational demands.

Neat and professional appearance, adhering to grooming and uniform policies.
