Our team is looking for an experienced Night Auditor to join a busy and upmarket establishment. Opera experience is VITAL. You will be responsible for overseeing nightly operations and accurate billing procedures.

**Job Specifications**:

- Conducting nightly audits of hotel transactions and accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Processing guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours.
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Balancing and reconciling financial transactions, including room charges and payments.
- Generating reports on occupancy, revenue, and other financial metrics.
- Monitoring security cameras and ensuring the safety and security of guests and property.
- Assisting with any administrative tasks as needed during the night shift.
- Previous experience working as a Night Auditor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Opera software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently during overnight hours.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years previous experience in a night audit position within 4/5 star Hotels, proficient on the Opera system.
- Work independently and must be 100% reliable.
- Strong management skills, be able to think on their feet and deal effectively with difficult guests.

Pay: R10 000,00 per month
