Our Sea Point family clients have just arrived from Europe and are currently living in Sea Point. They are likely to find a home in Sea Point or Camps Bay to move into shortly.

They are seeking an au pair to assist their family of 2 boys of 8yrs and 5yrs to settle into life here. They currently don't speak English but really want to learn

Mom and Dad seek an au pair who speaks English with a clear accent, who really cares about children and their development, who is sporty and experienced with the boys age group, and who is reliable, loving and supportive.

**TIME**:Mondays to Fridays from 3.30pm to 7.30/8pm. Fridays pick up might be slightly earlier.

**DESCRIPTION**:

- Pick up the children from their school in Sea Point after school finishes, or after extra-murals that happen at school
- Take them to sport activities in the Sea Point/ Green Point/ Camps Bay area.
- Then take them home to and give them a snack (depending on the time).
- Some days let them shower and chill, and on other days its a big dive into homework.
- Assist the older one with his homework, and the little one with his grade 1 work.
- Chill with them playing games etc. They are not into screens at all
- Also chatter in English to both of them.
- On some days have fun with them around Cape Town as they have never been here before.
- Prepare dinner for the boys (sometimes for Mom and Dad too) and do the nightly bed routine with them depending on what time you leave.
- Mom has a demanding career that brought them to Cape Town and she often has evening commitments she needs to go to. Dad also has a busy work life that also requires him to travel quite a bit.
- Some days Mom or Dad will be home earlier so you can go home but on other days you will be required to stay longer than 7.30pm.
- Ensure that their bags are packed and ready for the next day of school, sport and activities.
- There are times of the year where you might need to house-sit as they will go visit their Family in Europe.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R11,000.00 per month
