**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exemplary dining experiences to passengers on board.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests needs and preferences are met.
- Oversee dining room operations, including table assignments, seating arrangements and meal service.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and dining room.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine pairing, and international cuisines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and multicultural work environment.
- Must have a National Senior Certificate
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality advantageous
- Must have a valid South African Passport

**Job Type**: Contract
