**Key responsibilities**

Assisting with all general day to day tasks in the office such as
- answering phone calls
- Ensuring that Suppliers and Customer invoices are loaded on Xero
- Follow up with payments from Cash Customers and outstanding payments and generating reports
- cashing up
- account recons

**Key requirements**
- knowledge of office systems
- knowledge of office equipment such as switchboards, printers etc
- knowledge of Microsoft office
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- ability to multitask and wok with minimum supervision
- Xero system would be a plus

**Minimum Experience**
- Computer literacy
- Office Admin experience will be an added advantage.
- proper command of English and Afrikaans read and write

**Special Requirements**
- Able to think out of the box and work unsupervised.
- Resilience
- Ability to work under pressure and have high energy levels.

**Salary: R5000- R7000per month**

*Annual Bonus if company yearly achieved

**Mon - Fri 8am -4.30pm**

No weekends or Public Holidays

Own transport

Reside in the Blackheath, Eerste River and surrounds

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blackheath, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 5 years + (required)

**Language**:

- English and Afrikaans fluently (required)
