**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Quoting, invoicing, receiving and processing of customer orders.

Process orders and Quotations on Accpac

Sales Reporting.

Order control and backorder management.

Assisting the finance department (accounts queries) and managing any client special requirements eg. Shipping arrangements.

Assist at Reception, as and when required.

Identify and communicate potential problems.

Addressing queries through the generation of a workable solution.

Render efficient and effective support to clients and other stakeholders.

Assist in the qualification and acceptance of products according to client procedures and standards.

Identify purchase short comings and ensure that the relevant information is communicated to the purchasing department.

Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.

Ensure the profitable sales of the product and manage the life cycle thereof.

On time delivery of products and meeting all deadlines.

Product knowledge.

**Requirements**:
Matric certificate

A minimum of 3 years Internal Sales experience.

Knowledge or background within the ICT Industry would be advantageous

Accpac - Order Entry - Inventory Control.

MISys Manufacturing System / Sage X3

Code 8 drivers licence and own reliable vehicle.

Must have the desire to pursue qualifications within the Sales field.

Intermediate Excel skills

Good verbal and written English language skills
