We are a busy recruitment company based in (CBD) Central Business District in Zonnebloem, Cape Town. We provide a service 24hours a day, 365 days a year. The atmosphere is fantastic and throughout the day we want to have fun whilst completing our tasks.

We are looking for a confident, reliable and communicator to join our team.

We are a healthcare recruitment agency which supports the NHS and private sector with nurses and healthcare assistants. Our industry is very fast paced and it’s 100% phone based.

The role is for a Headhunter, your role will consist of recruiting new nurses, selling them all the great features and benefits about the Agency and then the team will then book them out to work. You will need to have excellent communicational skills, be confident, be persuasive, be reliable and be super organised.

Working within recruitment you must be confident and be able to speak with people that you haven’t spoken to before. We have fantastic resources and can train hungry, motivated sales people.

The hours of work are to match the UK’s working pattern, therefore every six months the hours will change to meet the time zone to ensure we can continue supporting our nurses/carers and clients.
- 31 October to 31 March
- 9:30 - 19:00 Monday - Friday
- 1 April to 30th October 18:00 SA time to 23:00 SA time
- 08:30 - 18:00 Monday - Friday

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Salary,
- A much higher total pay is fully achievable and sustainable, where you eligible for a monthly incentive capped at R1000 on top of the commission provided you achieve your KPI’s and have 100% attendance.
