What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
The individual excels in the effective and efficient management of their department, demonstrating proactive and optimal resource forecasting and management. They are adept at managing change within the operation and compile statistical reports on key deliverables. Additionally, they actively oversee attendance, adherence, and timekeeping of call center staff, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The person takes swift remedial action when necessary, monitors quality performance, and manages the departmental budget, including payroll. They strictly adhere to relevant client and company processes, policies, and procedures, completing assigned projects successfully. The individual also directs, delegates, motivates, empowers, and controls subordinates, aiming for the achievement of challenging targets while fostering the development of line managers.

The individual has a strong track record in effectively managing workplace relations, showcasing leadership skills, and demonstrating excellence in planning and organizational abilities. Their proficiency in writing and effective communication, coupled with high-level people management skills, is evident in their ability to lead, motivate, and develop both direct reports and customer-facing employees. The person has proven decision-making skills in dynamic, team-based environments, and possesses adeptness in managing client relationships.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- At least 4 to 5 years’ Team Management experience working in a BPO contact centre environment.

**Must have been in or exposed in a Service Delivery Manager role**
- Quantifiable experience in managing off-shore contact centre portfolios. (Specifically, UK experience is preferred.)
- High level written and spoken communications skills in English
- Track record of success in delivering productivity and revenue growth
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products
- Must have Grade 12
- Clear credit and criminal record
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Neutral accent
- Exceptional command of the English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and related Office products
- Must be available to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays in line with client requirement
