- Join as a HR Coordinator - Organisational Effectiveness where you will be expected to support the Section Manager Transformation & OE with the delivery of the quality and credible OE scope of work at the operation.

Significant operational improvements are required within Anglo American Platinum to deliver on our strategy and achieve our purpose, which is to Re-imagine mining to improve people’s lives. This work includes the realization of our Zero Harm, Elimination of Fatalities, Life of Asset Plan, P101, and advancement of Future Smart Mining programmes. Within Anglo American Platinum, the challenges to achieve this are considerable and complex.

**Job Description
- Your responsibilities include**:

- Support the deployment and implementation of OE initiatives at site i.e., Culture, GBV etc.
- Proficient knowledge of different organisational models.
- Act as a true ambassador of organisational desired culture through facilitation, implementation, and reporting and monitoring at site
- Support the high-performance working culture at site though the deployment of Team+ programme.
- Support the implementation of the employee health and wellbeing interventions as part of change management.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and the sustainability of OE solutions to maximum impact to the customers
- Contribute to the Employee Value Proposition that are consistent with BU & Group sustainability initiatives and standards.
- Execute tasks within a high-performing culture that is aligned with the company values.
- Ensure compliance of the discipline with Anglo American compliance requirements.

**This role is in the Human Resources department and is a band 6 reporting to Section Manager Transformation & OE.**
- Qualifications
- NQF 7 Human Resources Degree / National Diploma or related qualification

**Experience**:

- 5 to 8 years organizational effectiveness experience, with mining experience (advantageous)
- Training and facilitation experience essential

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Experience in managing OE projects
- Experience in organizational culture and change management especially in large organisations
