**Main responsibilities**
- Advertise vacant positions, and manage the employment process
- Set up recruitment assessments and interviews
- Administering MIE verification checks
- Send out regret letters
- Coordinate the integration of new employees
- Ensure that the HR policies and procedures are being adhered to
- Coordinate all training interventions
- Collate training registers and input information onto employees files and training sheet
- Compile HR and Training reports
- Ensure meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Administration (Filing and Organization etc.)
- Administering HR documentation such as employment contracts
- Capture payroll input onto the payroll input sheet
- Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format
- Minute taking during meetings
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Any other ad hoc admin required

**Requirements**:

- Must have Matric qualification or equivalent
- HR related Post Matric qualification is required
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar role
- Previous retail experience will be an advantage
- Attention to detail and ability to use own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal relations
- A team builder and a team player
- Excellent customer service
- Self-confidence hardworking and lives by example
- Problem solver and high level of confidentiality
