Main Duties include:

- Work closely with and report to relevant funding partners, government bodies and the Centre''s Board of Directors
- Ensure the integrity of the Centre programmes
- Plan, market and fundraise for Centre programmes
- Manage the day and night shift teams ensuring team cohesion
- Ensure excellence in service delivery to beneficiaries and clients
- Project Reporting
- Management of finances

Criteria:

- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Valid Driver''s Licence
- At least 5 years experience in the NGO sector
- Clear credit and criminal records
- At least 5 years experience in managing a team
- Experience in fundraising and project/events planning
- Must be passionate about social programmes and provide evidence of this

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R8,500.00 - R10,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- NGO sector: 5 years (required)
- managing a team: 5 years (preferred)
