**Roles and Responsibilities Rigging Manager**:
We are a dynamic and innovative custom signage design, manufacture, and installation company. Due to continued expansion of the business and its customer base an exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified person to join our team.

Key responsibilities:
Ensuring an accurate and seamless installation of any signage product by ensuring that:

- Accurate measurements are obtained prior to manufacturing of each signage job/product and of the installation site.
- each installation team has a full set of rigging equipment required for each specific job,
- Brief/ Debrief management and production teams during production meetings.
- that teams are allocated and scheduled ahead of time for optimum service delivery.
- That each job is signed off after full client inspection
- That all administrative processes are strictly adhered to
- That all logistics for local and away installations have been appropriately and correctly planned and booked.
- Ensure Health and Safety Standards and PPE requirements are met through daily briefings of installation and maintenance teams.
- Ensure client queries are attended to and constantly monitored to maintain client satisfaction.
- Carry out weekly checks on Vehicle Inspection sheets and ensure servicing and maintenance is carried out timeously.

Experience required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly flexible, self-motivated, problem solver who would thrive in a small, motivated team.
- Previous experience, of not less than 5 years, in signage, or related industry with experience in the management of signage and rigging projects, production, factory processes and employees
- A technical background is advantageous.
- An eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure are requisite

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
