Senior Outbound Debt Review Agents

- Quick ability to learn
- Matric and ability to understand calculations
- Previous outbound call center experience/banking/financial sector experience minimum of 5 years
- Good telephonic etiquette and communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Confident and assertive
- Good people skills and the ability to engage professionally with distressed debtors
- Debt Review Experience will be advantageous
- Active listening and probing skills
- Strong negotiation skills and power of persuasion

Working Hour: Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.

Basic Salary: From R5000 - R6000

Commission plus Incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
