Collections Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Collections Consultant with knowledge of **Debt review** to join our team.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous Debt Review Experience
- Previous Banking/Financial Experience will be advantageous
- Experience with Debicheck is Mandatory
- Must be meticulous with regard to collections
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office is a must
- Ability to manage Microsoft Excel reports
- A minimum of three years solid collections experience
- Experience in customer service and retentions
- Exceptional telephone skills
- English (home language)

**Job Types**: Permanent

**Salary**: From R5 000 - R6 000 per month

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00

Saturdays : 08:00 to 13:00

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month

- Essenwood, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
