Financial Admin Supervisor

Durban North, South Africa BLUFF PERSONNEL Full time

Main Duties include:

- Supervise and manage financial and admin staff
- Processing of receivables, payables, petty cash, wages, Journals, fleet management, and adhoc payments
- Review financial data. Submit accurate forecasts regarding expenses and revenue
- Ensure accurate calculation of wage related expenses and benefits
- Preparation of revenue schedules
- Verify trial balance transaction and Depot audit control reporting
- Management & capture of fuel transactions
- Balance back all fuel schedules and split to individual fleets on month end
- Balance back all kilometer schedules and accrual schedules for month end
- Subcontractor reconciliations and compliance
- Balance sheet reconciliations, Tax and Stat pack schedule/ year end schedules

**Job Type**: Temporary

**Salary**: R18 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

- Must have advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exposure to technical aspects in the Transport Environment is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
