**Job Title**: Sales and Marketing Executive/Representative

**Location**: Midrand

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Identify and target prospective clients within the construction and logistics industries. Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain a deep understanding of our Yellow Machine (Plant Hire) and Logistics services, including equipment offerings, capabilities, and competitive advantages. Effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- **Marketing Strategy**: Collaborate with senior management to develop compelling promotional materials, campaigns, and digital content. Utilize various marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- **Negotiation and Contract Management**: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual agreements.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and logistics, to coordinate client projects and ensure smooth execution of services.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction, logistics, or related industries.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with Yellow Machine (Plant Hire) services, equipment rentals, and logistics operations is highly desirable.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
- **Relationship Building**: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive business growth.
- **Ethical Conduct**: Commitment to upholding ethical standards and compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including anti-bribery and corruption policies.
