**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Audit Inspection**
- Verifying scope of work and quality requirement according to the service level agreements
- Verify product idententificationsand traceability requirement as per company procedure
- Conducting quality control inspection in accordance with company policies, procedures, maintenance work ordwes and inspections requirement amongst the various department
- Compliation and review of quality control packages or reports.
- Customer laison and booking inspection when required.
- Conduct internal & cntractor audits and identifing improvements processes where required
- Development of inspection plans relative to Hard and Soft services
- Assist with product and process failure investigations and monitoring of soft services provider and maintanance personnel perfomance
- Audit maintenance tasks and work orders for overall activity completion

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Ability to deliver high quality and proactive service to internal and external customers.
- Ability to effective communicate with all levels of organisation including senior management.
- Ability to identify and develp and practices in areas of responsibility tat are consistent with TFS
- Ability to develop strong leadership ,councellingmotivation,motivation and constructive feedback to all stakeholders
- Ability to handle conflicts situations
- Ability to use own initiative and to create with nomanagement support when required
- Must be able to work to and achieve deadlines.
- Must be able to work to and achieve deadlines
- Must be tactful while maintaining a "no nonsense' approach to problem solving and identification
- Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, planning and organizing.
