**About the role**:
As a Creative Strategist, you will be the point of reference for strategic support to all our teams (including Creative Project Managers and Media Buyers).

In your role as a Creative Strategist at 99ads, your key areas of responsibility will be:

- **Client ROI.** Monitor the ROI of our clients. For the clients below the average, identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement in the strategy.
- **Provide the team with direction.** Schedule weekly pulse-check call with each team (Project Manager, Creative Project Manager, and Media Buyer) where we analyze the situation for the clients
- **Performance Review for Creative Project Managers.** Analyze the ads delivered by the Creative Project Managerson a weekly basis and prepare feedback on the performance.

**Preferred Experience**
- 1-year experience as a Creative Strategist in online advertising
- Experience with Paid Traffic
- Experience managing a team
- B2B relationship management experience

**Commitment**
- Monday to Friday during our core hours of 3-6pm CET
- 30-35 hours per week with the potential to increase your hours

**What you’ll need**:

- Consistent capacity of 30-35 hours /week (120-140/month)
- Fluent English speaking, reading and writing (doesn’t need to be native language)
- Owning a laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection
