**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Visionary**: Develop and execute a winning business strategy tailored to the unique needs of the luxury beauty market. Identify growth opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and position our brands for maximum impact and desirability.
- ** Team Empowerment, leadership and coaching**: Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceeding targets within a dynamic and demanding environment.
- ** Retail Partnership Maestro**: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key retailers, beauty advisors, and influencers. Become a trusted partner, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service to drive brand loyalty, engagement, and exceptional sales results.

**Professional & Technical Competencies Required**:

- ** Luxury Beauty Expertise**: 3+ years of proven success leading and managing a team within the luxury beauty industry. A deep understanding of retail dynamics, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape is essential.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
