**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day management of residential estates and complexes.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and regular inspections.
- Liaise with property owners, tenants, and contractors to address concerns and requests.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and health & safety standards.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and manage property-related expenses.
- Facilitate smooth communication between all stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in property management, particularly in residential estates.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.

Pay: R16 000,00 - R22 000,00 per month
