A well-established motor dealership seeks a highly experienced and dynamic **Personal Assistant**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide high level of professional support to the DP
- Maintaining of strict confidential protocols regarding correspondence and communication
- Assisting in queries and day to day co-ordination of operational tasks related to area of responsibility
- Co-ordination of appointments, diary management and client engagements
- Liaising with external stakeholders

Office administration and General administrative duties.
- Screening of telephone calls and taking of messages.
- Adhoc duties as and when required

**Requirements**:
Minimum 3 years Diploma in Office Administration / Management

5+ year’s experience at an executive management level

Advanced Excel, MS Word and Power Point proficiency

Above average verbal and written communication skills.

Fluent in English

Driver’s license

Must be willing to work extended hours as and when required.
