Main Purpose:
Responsible for taking control of all the lubricants supply chain contracts with the suppliers and vendors and ensuring operational performance optimization while keeping legal and financial risk at a minimum. Working closely with third parties and other internal stakeholders to ensure the entire lubricants supply chain process from input to delivery is optimal.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop overall strategy and execution plan of the supply chain management function as well as the planning and directing activities of the function
- Develop, Implement and sustain a production planning system and ensure on-time delivery of the lubricants.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain all the contracts with the vendors, blenders, and suppliers
- Plan and implement logístical strategy ensuring targets are met.
- Manage the KPI’s of the direct reports
- Develop and implement procedures as per the contract requirement.
- Work closely with the vendors, suppliers, and blenders to ensure maximum adherence to the contract.
- Overseas Lubricant manufacturing process from Sourcing to Delivery
- Develop a pricing structure for the lubricants and Greases and support the commercial team.
- Oversees all aspects of lubricants supply chain contracts, negotiation, obligation, and implementation with the
- Provide support and advise new potential opportunities from the supplies and blending perspective.
- Maintain an excellent working relationship with the vendors and suppliers and ensure the company’s needs are met.
- Provide advice and guidance to the lubricants supply chain team regarding blending and supply arrangement.
- Ensure accurate and well maintenance of lubricants contracts.
- Source cost-effective channels for lubricants blending and packaging.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Degree with experience in managing the supply Chain, Sales department, logistics, and dealing with customers.
- Excellent knowledge of statistical data
- Oil Industry experience will be an advantage.

**Skills**:

- Deep understanding of contracts, contracts governance, contractual language, and contract lifecycle.
- Exceptional attention to detail and talents for accuracy and precision
- Advanced handling of Excel and Powerpoint and strong presentation skills
- Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Capability of multi-tasked in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical capability and data modeling
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
- Excellent understanding of the business, Lubricants industry, customers, and service providers
- Critical thinking skills and ability to research and ability to understand legal and financial implications
