**What you will do in this role**
As a fixed-term Customer Service Advisor on our team, you’ll be:

- Providing excellent customer experiences at all time
- Verifying and updating customer information
- Taking ownership of the customer experience and following through with deliverables
- Able to comprehend complex customers queries
- Identifying when to escalate customer queries and complaints timeously

**Your qualifications and experience**
Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you have:

- Matric certificate
- Availability to work shifts between 07:00 and 01:00 SA (essential)
- 6 months international contact centre experience or 12 months in an airline reservations or travel agency environment (essential)
- The aptitude to successfully complete and pass all training modules during new hire and ongoing campaign training
- A high level of English proficiency
- Excellent communication skills to explain steps and processes that others can easily understand
- Computer literacy - ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively
- A result orientated with solution driven mentality
- A positive attitude and motivated mindset
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to think clearly and remain calm when under pressure
- Ability to soft sell and convert a call to a reservation (advantageous)
- Clear criminal and credit record
