E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager

**Qualifications required**:
Degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar and relevant field of study.

**Skills and experience required**:
4 - 6 years’ experience in a similar role and in digital marketing and analytics.

PPC, search engine, display, video, social media and listening tool, mobile advertising and analytics experience.

**Software and tools experience**: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, Google Search Console, Facebook Business, Twitter Business, excel and keyword tools.

Social ad platforms experience such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Twitter.

Achieve efficient ROI by analysing data and trends in order to continually optimize media campaigns.

Ability to operate on both strategic and tactical levels.

**Job description**:
Responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising display, search, and video campaigns together with our media agency.

Planning, implementation and reporting.

Consolidate external reports.

Manage and optimise media buys (including digital display, search, social, mobile, etc.).

Drive in-platform search and out-platform SEO optimization with e-Commerce retailers.

Develop and implement scalable traffic acquisition strategies.

Deploy A+ content in-line with company global standards and with all e-Commerce retailers.

Compile annual Digital promotion calendar with all channels.

Create and execute e-Commerce briefs for new campaigns.

Drive e-Commerce KPI’s.

Implement and execute social media strategies.

Proactively identify areas for business growth & media opportunities to help drive revenue.

Perform competitive analysis and competitive landscape research to suggest new campaign ideas and tactics to increase market share.

Identify opportunities to optimize landing page design and UX to improve on-site conversion rates.

Landscape research to suggest new campaign ideas.

Hyper-segmented targeting and remarketing strategies.
