Bookkeeping - full function

Weekly and Monthly Payroll - small workforce

General Office Administration

Cash book processing

Bank reconciliations Debtors, Creditors

Reconciliations, and payments

Weekly and Monthly payroll for small workforce Online submissions and payment of Monthly returns SARS- PAYE,UIF,SDL/ Prov Fund etc

Bi-monthly SARS VAT returns, and the bi-annual/annual submission of SARS EMP501

Efficiently meet deadlines for such returns

Preparing all necessary documentation and schedules for the annual audit, which takes place on site

Grade 12

Equivalent qualification

Computer literate

Experience on a Computerised Accounting Package and on a computerised Payroll Package

Working knowledge in online submissions of Statutory returns

Ability to function independently with high levels of responsibility

Self-motivated
