EKS Vehicle Tracking is a technology company that deals with vehicle tracking and monitoring in South Africa and Africa as a whole. The company operate in the private and public sector providing world-class service to realise maximum benefit to all our clients.

We are currently recruiting for a Field Technician to be based in Eastern Cape. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for the installations and maintenance of vehicle tracking and fleet management units and any additional EKS products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Installing, repairing or servicing company products.
- Complying with administration task requirements.
- Liaising with control room.
- Maintenance of tracking devices.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Must be able to conduct current draw.
- Excellent understanding of Fleet management and CAN bus connections

Vast knowledge of vehicle wiring.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in installing and maintaining tracking and fleet management products.
- Good knowledge of motor vehicle electric.
- Good at fault finding skills good understanding of Fleet Management.
- Good client relations and communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel (valid code 8 driver’s license).
- Must be willing to work extra hours.
- Must have a strong point of Trouble Shooting.
- Must be able to use MS Word and Excel (computer literate).
