**What We're Looking For**:
The Career Material Advisor provides high quality asynchronous written feedback on all career materials for bootcamp students. The Career Material Advisor manages their queue and provides feedback on all materials within 96 hours of submission. The Career Material Advisor will meet or exceed their key metrics which include: student satisfaction, providing feedback within 96 hours, and Employer Ready rates.

**Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To**:
Timely feedback
- Manage a personal queue exclusively on the Bootcamp product line to ensure students receive feedback within 96 hours of submission.

High-quality feedback
- Provide high-quality feedback that meets or exceeds Quality Assurance standards.

Student Satisfaction KPIs
- Meet student satisfaction goals as measured by the Career Material Advisor survey.
- Lead Workshops & participate in Industry events.

Increase Employer Ready rates
- Drive Employer Ready rates through proactive outreach to students who have submitted materials but not yet achieved Employer Ready status.

Professional Development
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
- Proactively demonstrate and meet Career Material Advisor Skills.
- Actively display learner professional competencies that align with Career Material Landscape.

**Things That Should Be In Your Background**:

- One year of experience in Career Services preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Google Docs.
- Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) or Nationally Certified Resume Writer (NCRW) certification preferred, not required.
