These systems are critical for managing customer-facing activities such as billing, order management, customer relationship management (CRM), and revenue management.

The BSS Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex BSS programs that support the organization’s strategic goals. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring that all BSS projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, ensure alignment with business needs, and oversee the successful delivery of BSS solutions.
**Experience**:

- 10-15 yrs experience years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on BSS or telecommunications.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale BSS projects.
- Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of BSS, including billing systems, CRM, order management, and revenue management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management.
