Harmonisation of deletion concept.

Definition of development guidelines.

Patch steering of non-cloud infrastructure.

Steering of Role requirements.

Project steering and alignments between various Products.

Strong knowledge on web infrastructure.

Architecture steering.

Provisioning expert / Configuration.

Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project.

Product and Sub Product Owner supporting tasks.

Effective communication skills.

Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for Business Blueprint documents.

ABAP debugging beneficial (Workbench related knowledge of new development/enhancements).

Preparation of testing documents and perform internal testing.

Preparation of Master Data templates for various objects.

Integration testing with other modules.

Understand interfaces, E.g. RFC's processing.

Preparing the cut over strategy.

Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners.

Go-live preparation and post Go-live support.

Handling Tickets and Tasks with the responsibility for closing the same within defined SLA’s (Service Level Agreements).

Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support.

Executing the required changes through configuration.

Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls.

Raising Change Requests (CR’s) and writing Functional Specifications for them.

Preparing test data for testing of CR’s (Change Requests).

Testing CR’s (Change Requests) and preparing test results.

Carrying out regression testing.

Interact with consultants of other SAP SuccessFactors modules.

User interface transactional solutions.

**Essential Skills Requirements**:
IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications / 5 years of experience.

Technical Skills / Technology.

Groovy Scripting (Essential).

CPI (Cloud Platform Integration, SAP Success Factors) Essential.

SAP SolMan, Web Logic Application server and development, SAP Hana, Oracle DB and SQL, Cloud Technologies, DEVOPS.

**Advantageous Skills Requirements**:
Interface experience (On-Prem SAP), IT Security, AWS & ITSM, JIRA.
