**Wills**

- **Liaising with Financial Planners and clients regarding their Will instructions.**:

- Recording Will instructions on WorkPool.
- Assist with Wills end to end process.
- Finalising the Wills following requests for amendments - sending password protected Will to client/planner.
- Once adequately trained assist with drafting of simple Will amendments and Wills.

**Estates**

- **Attend to payment of advertisements.**:

- Attend to SearchWorks, Firearms and motor vehicle searches and valuation checks for assets, where requested.
- Make payments and attend to sanction checks and bank account verification in distributions/payments to creditors, heirs, and beneficiaries.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and policies.
- Support implementation of new processes, policies, and systems.
- Preparing of file and documents for new estate interview and or take-on.
- Scanning of estate documents when new estate is received.
- Capture new estate data and complete projected month of ExCom recovery on WorkPool.
- Once LOE is received, to capture information on WorkPool.
- To open estate bank accounts on Investec.
- In time taking on the end-to-end administration of smaller estates.

**Trusts**

Once adequately trained attend to the end-to-end administration of trusts, and “ab initio” assist with the ancillary trust work:

- **Attend to the record keeping of Trust transactions under supervision of a director.**:

- Capture new Trust data on WorkPool.
- Preparing of payments to creditors and beneficiaries.
- Assisting with reporting trusts to SARS or tax practitioner.
- Liaison with stakeholders.

**General**
- Preparing and maintaining Asset Register on Xero
- Assisting with the preparation and amending of Budgets
- Preparing Xero Invoices to Planners - Wealth Succession, Sasfin Wealth and Capital Legacy
- Preparing of other Invoices on Xero
- Capturing of Bills on Xero
- Assist team with Searchworks (Pep & Adverse Checks) and Courier Guy bookings.
- Assisting with Nedbank and Investec payments

**THESE DUTIES ARE NOT EXHAUSTIVE AND OTHER DUTIES WILL BE ADDED FROM TIME TO TIME AND WHEN THE EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN ADEQUATELY TRAINED**
