**Responsibilities**:

- Develop cybersecurity training programs for employees and clients, focusing on penetration testing and ethical hacking.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to diverse groups, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
- Work with our Security and IT teams to stay current with the latest threats and vulnerabilities to ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
- Provide guidance to employees and clients on best practices for cybersecurity, including how to identify and respond to security incidents.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work with our Security and IT teams to develop policies and procedures related to cybersecurity training.

Ideal Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in cybersecurity, including experience in penetration testing and ethical hacking.
- Must have one or more of the following certifications: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), or GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials, including hands-on exercises and assessments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 36 months
